If you are experiencing problems with your Anodyne Therapy Consumer or Professional System, please contact us at 800-521-6664. This information is for your reference only - we can only process repairs via the telephone, M-F 8am-5pm EST. Sending an email may delay your repair.
You will be required to have the serial number of the device and a detailed description of the problem you are having.
In order to determine the best course of action to take to solve your problem, you will be asked by a service technician to perform simple troubleshooting steps either over the phone or via email. If we cannot solve your problem over the phone, you will be asked to ship the original parts/system back to us for repair or replacement.
