Your purchase of an Anodyne Therapy System includes access to our exclusive Provider Resources Area. This online resource includes materials that are designed to help implement Anodyne Therapy into your organization. In this area you can:
•	Complete our 6 module, comprehensive online training program
•	Download or purchase marketing brochures and sensory testing 10g monofilaments
•	Download and customize newspaper advertisements, flyers and graphics
•	Download and customize clinical documentation forms and progress notes

Marketing materials and monofilaments are available for sale within the Resources Area, however, if you would prefer to submit your order via fax or if you are ordering with a Purchase Order (minimum of $50), please complete and fax our Literature Order Form.

Access to the Provider Resources area is only available for customers who have purchased their Anodyne® Therapy System directly from Anodyne Therapy, LLC or one of its authorized distributors. If you have purchased a used system, please contact 1-800-521-6664 to schedule recertification of your device to confirm that it is safe for use. After your used device has been recertified by Anodyne Therapy, LLC you will be given full access to the Provider Resources Area.
